Sexual Battery Victims/Services; provides legislative intent re enhancing availability of services to victims of sexual battery; creates "Sexual Battery Victims' Access to Services Act"; authorizes Health Dept. to contract with statewide nonprofit association for purpose of allocating funds to rape crisis centers; requires that funds be used to provide sexual battery recovery services to victims of sexual battery & their families, etc. Creates 938.085.
