GENERAL BILL by Geller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Atwater
Protection of Marine Turtles; provides penalties for violating Marine Turtle Protection Act; provides first-degree misdemeanor & third-degree felony penalties for knowingly possessing specified number or more of marine turtle eggs; provides additional penalty for each egg involved in such violation; provides that it is third-degree felony to solicit or conspire to violate Marine Turtle Protection Act, etc. Amends 370.12, 777.04, 921.0022.
