Juvenile Sentencing; authorizes judge to sentence delinquent child to specific commitment program or facility of Juvenile Justice Dept.; specifies time limits to hold child in secure detention while awaiting placement into specific program or facility ordered by court; reenacts various provisions to incorporate by reference amendment to specified provision. Amends 985.231; reenacts 985.201(4)(a),.233(4)(b),.31(3)(e) & (k),.311(3)(e).
