Access to Postsecondary Education; creates provision re access to postsecondary education & meaningful careers for students with disabilities; amends provision re high school graduation requirements; requires State Education Board to adopt rules providing for test accommodations & modifications of procedures for students with disabilities; amends provision re admissions of students to community colleges, etc. Amends Ch. 1007, 1002,21, 1003.43, 1008.22.
