GENERAL BILL by Public Safety & Crime Prevention ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barreiro
Youthful Offenders; provides that court may not sentence as youthful offender certain offenders who have pled nolo contendere or guilty to, or been found guilty of, capital felonies, life felonies, first degree felonies, or second degree felonies involving use or attempted use of force or violence; revises sanctions for youthful offender in basic training program who becomes unmanageable, etc. Amends 958.04,.045; reenacts various FS.
