GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Prieguez
Pari-mutuel Wagering/Thoroughbreds; deletes provisions that require thoroughbred horse permit to be voided & to escheat to state for failure to operate performances; deletes provisions for reissuance of such escheated permit; revises provisions for application & issuance of certain throughbred horse permits; provides for penalties for failure to operate full schedule of performances by such permitholders, etc. Amends 550.09515,.5251.
