GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Kyle ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia
Excise Tax on Documents; eliminates distributions to various trust funds of proceeds of excise tax on documents & redirects tax proceeds to General Revenue Fund; amends certain provisions to conform; provides for transfer of moneys in General Revenue Fund to specified trust funds for fiscal year 2003-2004. Amends Ch. 420, 201.15,.0205, 161.091, 259.032, 369.252, 370.0603, 375.075; repeals 161.05301.
