Residential Acquisition Fund Act; provides popular name of "Residential Acquisition Fund Act"; provides authority for local governments to impose fee by ordinance or resolution; prohibits imposition of fee in area where fee has been approved by another local government; provides for referendum; provides that county may adopt ordinance for alternative use of balance; requires county & municipalities to divide funds pursuant to agreement, etc.
