GENERAL BILL by Carassas

Coastal Redevelopmental Project; defines term "local hazard mitigation strategy"; provides local planning authority for certain municipalities in certain charter counties; provides additional requirement in comprehensive plan concerning hazard mitigation; authorizes demonstration project in certain counties to allow for redevelopment of coastal areas within designated coastal high hazard area, etc. Amends Ch. 163, 186.515, 288.975, 369.303, 380.06.
