Strategic Intermodal System; creates said system; provides legislative findings, declaration, & intent; provides for components of system; provides for designation of facilities in system; requires DOT to develop Strategic Intermodal System Plan; creates Strategic Intermodal Transportation Advisory Council; authorizes payment of costs of projects on system as use of moneys in State Transportation Trust Fund, etc. Creates 339.61-.65; amends 339.08.
