GENERAL BILL by Commerce, Economic Opportunities, and Consumer Services ; Aronberg
Student Financial Assistance; creates Innovation Florida Scholarships for Developing High-Tech Jobs Program; authorizes need-based scholarships for students enrolled in certified degree programs in targeted employment areas at Florida postsecondary educational institutions; provides for administration & funding of program; provides student eligibility requirements for initial & renewal awards; provides for adoption of rules. Creates 1009.892. APPROPRIATION: $30,000,000.
