SB 1816: Environmental Property
GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Environmental Property; requires DCA to develop pilot project with water management district & feasibility study to develop pilot project in certain counties for certain rural land stewardship or alternatives to fee simple land acquisition purposes; authorizes local government taxing authorities to contest certain property assessor actions re property assessments of tax-exempt nongovernmental entities, etc. Amends Ch. 259, 163.3177, 195.092, 373.59.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
