GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Practice of Psychology; redefines term "practice of psychology" to include prescription & administration of drugs, including, but not limited to, controlled substances, under certain circumstances; provides requirements for & conditions to prescription & administration of drugs, including controlled substances, by psychologists; provides requirements for application for & renewal of prescriptive authority, etc. Amends FS.
