GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Fasano
Subdivision Property; increases fee for tax deed applications; provides notification to legal titleholders of contiguous property which is included in tax certificate for unpaid taxes; requires county to notify legal titleholder of property contiguous to land available for taxes prior to sale under certain circumstances; excludes certain persons as beneficiaries of certain undistributed remainder funds, etc. Amends Ch. 197.
