Chief/Domestic Security Initiatives; requires chief to conduct security assessments of buildings, facilities, & structures owned or leased by state agencies, state universities, & community colleges utilizing personnel & resources of state agency, state university, or community college that owns or leases building, facility, or structure undergoing security assessment; requires cooperation with FDLE & chief; provides for subsequent security assessments, etc. Amends 943.0311.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law or 07/01/2003, whichever occurs first
