Child & Vulnerable Adults Abuse; revises language re statute of limitations in certain actions; provides time period for suits re intentional torts based on abuse of vulnerable adult, for intentional torts based upon abuse of child, & for intentional torts based upon childhood sexual abuse; provides for severability. Amends 95.11.
