TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brummer

Public Employees Relations Comm. TF; provides for deposit into Public Employees Relations Commission Trust Fund of certain proceeds of local government half-cent sales tax that would otherwise be deposited into Local Government Half-cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund; increases fee for registration or renewal of registration of employee organizations seeking to become certified bargaining agents for public employees, etc. Amends 212.20, 447.305.
