TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kyle
Budget Stabilization Fund; provides for transferring moneys from fund to General Revenue Fund in emergency; specifies conditions of emergency; requires self-insurance reserve fund to be maintained at certain levels; provides for transfers from Budget Stabilization Fund to State Risk Management Trust Fund under certain circumstances; provides limitations. Amends 216.222.
