SB 1862: Community Development Districts
GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Community Development Districts; provides for such districts to collect ground rent from owners of long-term ground leases with governmental entities; authorizes contracts between district & county tax collector for collection of such ground rent. Amends 190.011.
