JOINT RESOLUTION by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Green ; Hogan
Amendments/Revisions/Initiatives; constitutional amendment to require signatures for initiative petitions to amend or revise State Constitution to be gathered in three-fifths, rather than one half, of congressional districts, & of state as whole, equal to ten percent of votes cast in last presidential election & to increase vote required to adopt amendment to or revision of constitution from majority to two-thirds of electors voting in favor, etc. Amends Art. XI, ss. 3 & 5.
