Everglades Restoration; provides definitions; provides for implementation of Long-Term Plan; provides for use of ad valorem tax proceeds; provides schedule for Everglades Construction Project enhancements; deletes obsolete provisions; provides for C-139 Basin BMPs; provides for computation of Everglades agricultural privilege tax; provides for computation of C-139 agricultural privilege tax; provides for long-term compliance permits. Amends 373.4592.
