SB 1904: Viatical Settlements

GENERAL BILL by Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Viatical Settlements; conforms various provisions to certain governmental reorganization; provides for nonapplication of exemption to viatical settlement investments; provides additional requirements re licensure; revises provisions re viatical settlement provider license continuation; requires annual statements to include audited financial statements & other information; deletes alternative deposit requirement, etc. Amends FS.
