GENERAL BILL by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bense
Elections; revises definitions to change terminology re paper ballots; revises provisions re purposes & reproduction of uniform statewide voter registration application; provides that electors in line at closing of polls shall be allowed to vote; requires copies of constitutional amendments to be posted or made available in booklet form at each precinct; revises specifications for absentee ballot envelopes for overseas voters, etc. Amends FS.
