GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hogan ; Kottkamp
Statutes of Limitation; clarifies that statute of limitations for actions founded upon fraud include actions founded on constructive fraud; provides that such amendments are remedial in nature & have retroactive effect. Amends 95.031.
