GENERAL BILL by Bullard

Paternity; requires DNA testing at birth & maintenance of such records by Health Department; provides for analysis by court order; requires that determination of paternity proceedings be electronically recorded; authorizes new trial re determination of paternity under certain circumstances; provides conditions for granting of relief re motion for new trial; provides for genetic testing; provides for payment of fees, etc. Creates 382.0136, 742.125; amends 742.011.
