Officer Cheryl Seiden Act; creates said act; prohibits, in any case in which law enforcement officer is victim of crime before court, entering of plea agreement purporting to bind present or future action, judgment, or speech of law enforcement officer or law enforcement agency at any court, sentencing, or parole hearing or re any investigation without reasonable prior notice to affected officer or duly authorized representative, etc. Amends 921.143.
