Guardian Ad Litem Services; creates Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office within Justice Administrative Commission; provides for appointment of executive director; provides for continuation of attorney ad litem program; requires office to submit to Governor, legislative leaders, & Chief Justice of Florida Supreme Court annual report & plan for meeting guardian ad litem needs of state; transfers pilot program for attorneys ad litem for dependent children to office, etc.
