CS/SB 1996: Child Welfare Training Academies
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn
Child Welfare Training Academies; requires CFS Department to establish curriculum of core competencies for training curriculum; requires collaboration with experts & providers; requires each person who delivers child welfare services to master particular components of training curriculum; deletes requirement that department contract with Tallahassee Community College for operation of one or more training academies, etc. Amends 402.40.
