GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Education ; Clary
Educator Certification & Discipline; prescribes affidavit for educator certification eligibility requirements; requires certain certified educators & applicants for certification as educator to notify employing school district of any change of address; requires school district to notify Bureau of Educator Certification of change of address; allows certain employers of educators to have access to expunged records & sealed records, etc. Amends FS.
