SB 2010: Youthful Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Youthful Offenders; provides that court may not sentence as youthful offenders certain offenders who have pled nolo contendere or guilty to, or been found guilty of, capital felonies, life felonies, first-degree felonies, or second-degree felonies involving use or threatened use of force or violence; revises sanctions for youthful offender in basic training program who becomes unmanageable, etc. Amends 958.04,.045; reenacts various FS.
