Mobile Homes/Ad Val Taxation; provides for taxing mobile homes as real property under all circumstances; deletes provisions re imposing license taxes upon mobile homes; amends specified provisions to conform; repeals specified provision re taxation of mobile homes. Amends Ch. 320, 193.075, 212.0601; repeals 320.015.
