JOINT RESOLUTION by Ryan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gannon ; Sobel ; Sorensen

Sales Tax Exemptions/Periodic Review; constitutional amendment to create joint legislative committee to conduct 5-year review of all exemptions from tax on sales, use, & other transactions imposed by law & exclusions of sales of services from such taxation; provides for new 5-year review every 10 years after conclusion of prior review; requires committee to submit its recommendations in annual reports to presiding officers of Legislature, etc. Creates s. 20, Art. III.
