GENERAL BILL by Smith

Public K-12 Education; provides definition of term "school property"; requires reports to law enforcement agencies or agents of forcible felonies, or threats of forcible felonies, on school property; provides penalties for noncompliance; provides that person reporting in good faith shall be immune from liability; prohibits immunity to suspected persons; provides for civil cause of action under certain circumstances. Creates 1003.09.
