CS/SB 2118: Public Nuisances
GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alexander
Public Nuisances; clarifies uses of property that constitute public nuisance; provides for closure of property if occupancy of property materially contributes to nuisance; provides exceptions; provides that closure of property constituting unabated nuisance is not a taking; provides that property may be reopened under certain circumstances. Amends 893.138.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
