Reduce Class Size Scholarship Prog.; establishes Reduce Class Size Scholarship Opportunity Program to enable students to receive scholarship to attend private school & to provide future dollars to school districts to achieve reduced class sizes; provides for award of scholarship if assigned public school & classroom is overcrowded; provides requirements for scholarship eligibility & for private school eligibility, etc. Creates 1002.395.
