SB 2200: Water Resources
GENERAL BILL by Argenziano
Water Resources; provides that amendments to water resource implementation rule take effect only upon approval by Legislature; provides for water reservations to be adopted by rule under Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan Regulation Act; exempts consumption or use of domestic wastewater effluent from certain permit requirements; repeals provision re water reservations for purposes of protecting fish & wildlife or public health & safety. Amends Ch. 373.
