GENERAL BILL by Wise
Blind Services; transfers powers, duties, records, personnel, property, & funds of Division of Blind Services within Department of Education to Florida Corporation for Blind, which is created by this act; names corporation as designated state unit & DMS as designated state agency under federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973; provides for corporate personnel, including executive director; creates children's program, etc. Amends FS.
