Insurance Claims/Premium Payments; provides for payment of insurance premiums by debit or credit card, automatic electronic funds transfer, or payroll deduction plan; defines "claim" for purposes of alternative procedures for resolution of disputed property insurance claims; revises limits on premium financing service charges. Amends 627.4035,.7015,.901.
