GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Garcia

Noncriminal Traffic Infractions; provides for mandatory hearing under certain provision in specified circumstances; imposes penalties for certain noncriminal traffic infractions requiring mandatory hearing; provides civil penalty for violation of specified provision; provides for distribution of proceeds from penalty; provides for mandatory hearing for certain noncriminal traffic infractions, etc. Amends 316.075, 318.14,.18,.19, 322.0261, 322.27.
