GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Fla. Uniform Principal & Income Act; revises provisions re trustee's power to adjust; authorizes trustee to release certain powers; restricts power to adjust under certain circumstances; provides for service of notice on legal representative or natural guardian of beneficiary without filing of any proceeding or approval of any court; redefines term "interested trustee" for purpose of provision governing total return unitrust, etc. Amends Ch. 738.
