Lead Poisoning Prevention Act; provides for Director of Lead Poisoning Prevention; provides requirements for "lead-free" & "lead-safe" property status; provides time period for compliance; provides for inspection of affected properties & for expedited & emergency inspections; provides for accreditation of persons performing lead hazard reduction activities & of persons performing inspections; provides for duration of certification, etc.
