SB 2486: Basic Driver Improvement Course
GENERAL BILL by Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin
Basic Driver Improvement Course; authorizes HSMV to offer once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend said course for drivers who meet certain criteria; provides that department shall deduct points from a driver's record upon proof of completion of such course; provides that department shall annotate driver's record that improvement course had been accepted & used; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Amends 318.1451, 322.025.
