GENERAL BILL by Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Agreement; provides clarification re agencies that may participate in such agreements; provides for FDLE & DCA, Emergency Management Div., to work in conjunction with State Technology Office to establish certain policies, procedures, & standards; authorizes office to make certain mutual aid channels in state radio communications system available to other agencies; provides for creation of interoperability network, etc. Amends 23.1225, 282.1095.
