GENERAL BILL by Public Safety & Crime Prevention ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barreiro ; Needelman
Radio System/Interoperability; revises types of agreements that constitute mutual aid agreements for purposes of "Florida Mutual Aid Act"; revises persons or entities authorized to enter into said agreements; provides for FDLE & DCA's Emergency Management Division, to work in conjunction with State Technology Office to establish certain policies, procedures, & standards re state agency law enforcement radio system & interoperability network, etc. Amends 23.1225, 282.1095.
