Economic Development; revises & clarifies powers of Enterprise Fla., Inc., to develop authorized technology development programs; establishes Florida Institute for Human & Machine Cognition, Inc., at University of West Fla. as not-for-profit corporation; provides that certain persons are exempt from prohibitions of section, re engineering law, under specified circumstances, etc. Amends Chs. 220, 288, 376, 445, 471, 1004. APPROPRIATION: $2,909,200.
