CS/CS/SB 250: Rural Hospitals
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones ; Klein ; Saunders ; Fasano ; Argenziano
Rural Hospitals; revises definition of term "rural hospital"; authorizes exemptions from certificate-of-need review for construction of new or replacement facility for rural hospital; provides conditions for eligibility for exemption; expands definition of term "infant delivered" for purposes of payment of initial assessment for each infant delivered in hospital. Amends 395.602, 408.07, 766.314; creates 395.6025.
