PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning

Community Affairs Dept./Pub. Rec.; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for information that is held by Community Affairs Dept. as part of risk management plan or obtained as part of investigation, inspection, or audit & that constitutes trade secret; clarifies provisions specifying information that is entitled to protection as trade secret; reenacts exemption & removes repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 252.943.
