Pharmacy Benefit Managers; establishes standards & criteria for regulation & licensing of pharmacy benefit managers; provides popular name of "Florida Pharmacy Benefit Management Regulation Act"; requires biennial certificate of authority to Board of Pharmacy & Insurance Regulation Office; provides for financial examinations; provides for pharmacy benefit manager contracts; provides for medication reimbursement costs, etc. Creates 465.189.
