GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Sexual Battery on Minor/Offense; revises statute of limitations applicable to such offense if offense is third-degree felony; provides for statute of limitation for offense of sexual battery on minor to be tolled during period of victim's minority; specifies additional circumstances under which statute of limitations for civil or criminal action involving such offense is tolled. Amends 775.15.
