GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Atwater
Local Government Accountability; revises duties of Legislative Auditing Committee & reporting requirements of Auditor General; provides for additional information to be provided to DMS in actuarial reports re retirement systems & plans & provides procedures therefor; exempts candidate from campaign requirements under specified conditions; revises provisions re authorization to issue refund bonds; provides that school districts must sell bonds, etc. Amends FS.
